How It Works
The Attention Map applies RFM scoring — the same behavioural intelligence framework used by the greatest direct marketers for decades — to your customer or email list data.

Each customer receives a score based on three behaviours: how recently they engaged (Recency), how often they engage (Frequency), and how much they spend (Monetary value). These three numbers tell the story of every customer relationship.
